How I Finally Got Over My Fear of Journaling 😱➡️✍️

Confession time… I used to stare at my finished layouts, knowing they needed journaling, but totally panicking about what to write. What if I spelled something wrong? What if my handwriting ruined the whole page? What if I just sounded… awkward?

Then, I discovered ChatGPT (aka my new crafty sidekick). Now, I use ChatGPT to help brainstorm sweet, simple, or funny journaling for my pages—especially when I’m stuck. You give it the basics (like who, what, where), and voilà — perfect little stories, captions, or memory prompts pop right out.

Honestly, it feels like having a creative friend sitting at my craft table, minus the need to share snacks. 😂

If you struggle with journaling, trust me—using ChatGPT takes the stress out of it, so your stories actually make it onto the page. And let's be real… those are the best parts to look back on later.
